Job Responsibilities

• Warmly and politely welcome wheelchair-using passengers arriving at the airport.
• Operate wheelchairs skillfully and safely while following airport rules in a busy environment.
• Assist passengers with special needs in climbing stairs, getting in and out of aircraft seats carefully, and transferring to/from wheelchairs.
• Provide friendly, polite, and patient service by answering passenger queries, offering necessary information, and resolving issues.
• Work collaboratively with gate agents, counter staff, security personnel, and other airport teams to make the travel experience smooth and comfortable for passengers.
• Ensure wheelchairs are clean, in good working condition, and ready for use.
• Report any wheelchair issues to the supervisor and take action as instructed.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting passenger information and services provided when required.
