Responsibilities and Duties
- Collect milk samples from farmers and conduct testing
- Ensure quality control, weigh and collect milk
- Keep milk cans, milk tanks, and the chilling center clean and disinfected
- Maintain required registers at the chilling center
- Operate, shut down, and clean the generator; ensure nighttime security of the chilling center; and perform other assigned duties
